South Fraser Concierge provides house and home services, including: housing cleaning, house sitting, closet organization, garage clean-up and organization, general cleaning, de-cluttering, packing/unpacking and move-in/move-out clean-up.

There are a large proportion of seniors in the community. In addition to those indicated above, the services available to support seniors include: checking in on loved ones, companion visits, patient drop-off/pick-up for medical appointments, help in meal preparation, home downsizing and/or sale preparation, estate sale preparation.

More generally, we provide errand services, including: grocery/’big-box” shopping, meeting scheduled trade’s people and/or deliveries, prescription drop-off/pick-up, gift and personal shopping.

Starting in a small capacity, South Fraser Concierge has already attracted substantial media attention. A recent local newspaper article has lead to dozens of client inquiries. Good word of mouth emphasizes the personal attention we are bringing to the service we provide.

The mission of our social enterprise is consistent with that of the organization. While the social enterprise has, as its central purpose, the requirement to develop revenues and profit, it must also reflect the values that the community associates with South Fraser Women’s Services Society. In developing South Fraser Concierge as a separate and profitable commercial enterprise, we nonetheless recognize that our longstanding involvement in the community, our excellent reputation of 32 years, and our wide-ranging community based partnerships represent a substantial business asset.
