Self-Management Course - Pre-Registration required.

A closed ten-session group to reduce and release stress. We will examine how we can identify what we don’t want in our lives and create what we do. The class will examine holisitic solutions on various levels (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) to promote more joy, balance, harmony and WELLNESS in all areas of life. This is not a counselling group but it is therapeutic in the sense that we will play and have fun as we explore the possibility of Releasing and Letting Go of old habits and patterns that no longer serve us. We will learn new strategies and exercises to set us on the "Pathway to Wellness".
