The Legal Information and Advocacy Program provides legal information and support for women dealing with the family justice system. Information and advocacy will be provided in cases of divorce, separation, custody and access, child support, spousal support, peace bonds and restraining orders and child apprehension.
We will accompany women to court, lawyers and other appropriate appointments. We will also assist in document preparation. Legal Advocacy Services are available at our South Surrey or Cloverdale offices. Our services are available in English, Punjabi or Hindi.
