For Women who have experienced Childhood Trauma, Sexual Assault, or Relationship Abuse
Anger is one of the most common emotions experienced by women with a history of abuse. Anger is a healthy emotion that is often acted-out in an aggressive manner or held-in in a passive manner. Learn how to express your anger in a respectful, non-abusive assertive manner.
Learning will be done through mini-talks, self-scored quizzes, artwork, and rehearsing new skills toward regulating your anger.
This is a ten-week closed group.
