Peer Crisis Support Program

This program provides crisis and on-going peer support, available by telephone, drop-in or appointment during Tuesday - Friday from 10:30am-2:30pm.

Hot Lunch Progam

We offer a nutritious and tasy hot lunch, Tuesday - Friday from 12 noon - 1:30pm, for women and their children.

Referrals, Resources and Member's Library

Call us for information on local programs, community resources or crisis referrals. Drop in to browse through our community resources for information on a wide variety of topics of interest and concerns for women. Volunteers are available to assist you.

Our Member's have access to a catalogued lending library of more than 1,100 books, both fiction and non-fiction.

Clothing Exchange

We provide quality women's clothing (casual and business attire) along with children's and infant outfits. Shoes, bags, hats and bedding are also available.

A laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer is available to our clients. Laundry detergent is supplied. Wheelchair-accessible.

We have a clean, private shower for the use of our clients, with towels and toiletries supplied. The shower is wheelchair-accessible.
